Whiskey sour

Creamy egg white makes this classic cocktail something special

60 ml whiskey
30 ml simple syrup
30 ml lemon juice
1 egg white
Handful of ice, plus
extra to serve
Dash of Angostura bitters

1. Place the whiskey, simple syrup,
lemon juice and egg white in a cocktail shaker and shake for 20 seconds.
2. Add a handful of ice and shake
for another 20 seconds, then strain
into a glass over fresh ice.
3. Dot each cocktail with Angostura bitters and serve.
