Kale, açaí and berry smoothie

Serves 1

Ingredients
1 cup water, coconut water or almond milk
1 cup frozen blueberries, plus extra to serve
1/2 cup kale, destemmed and roughly chopped
1/2 frozen banana
1 tbsp açaí powder
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp raw honey
Handful of ice cubes

Goji berries, to serve
Hulled hemp seeds, to serve
Sprig of mint, to serve

Method
1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
2. Top with extra blueberries, goji berries, hemp seeds and sprig of mint.

Date, cashew and raw cacao smoothie

Serves 1

Ingredients
1/2 – 1 cup water, coconut water or almond milk
1/4 cup cashews
1 frozen banana
3 fresh dates, pitted and chopped
2 tbsp raw cacao
Handful of ice cubes

Dark chocolate, flaked, to serve
Chia seeds, to serve

Method
1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
2. Top with the chocolate and chia seeds.

Coconut milk, banana, chia and cinnamon smoothie

Serves 1

Ingredients
1 cup coconut milk
1 frozen banana
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp raw honey
1 tsp cinnamon
1 drop vanilla extract
Handful of ice cubes

Coconut flakes, to serve
Pumpkin seeds, to serve

Method
1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
2. Top with the coconut flakes and pumpkin seeds.
