Granadilla and coconut

Makes 2 

Ingredients
For the yoghurt bark
1 cup plain yoghurt
cup coconut flakes
2 tbsp granadilla pulp
1 tsp chia seeds

For the smoothie
2 cups ice
1 cups plain yoghurt
cup granadilla pulp
cup desiccated coconut
1 tbsp chia seeds

Method
For the yoghurt bark
1.  Line a tray with baking paper.
2. Spread out the yoghurt on the baking tray. Top with granadilla, coconut flakes and chia seeds.
3. Freeze for 2 hours, until brittle, then break into pieces.

For the smoothie
1.  Place all ingredients in  a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Garnish with yoghurt bark and chopped fresh coconut.

Cauliflower and charcoal

Makes 2 

Ingredients
1 cup cauliflower, steamed and then frozen
1 cup plain yoghurt
1 cup ice
4–5 tbsp honey, to taste
1 scoop protein powder
2 activated charcoal tablets

Method
1.  Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until well combined.
2. Garnish with chia seeds.

Maca mocha

Makes 2 

Ingredients
2 large bananas
2 cups ice
1 cup milk of your choice
2 shots espresso
cup protein powder
1 tbsp maca powder
1 tbsp cacao powder

Method
1.  Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Garnish with coffee beans and cacao powder.
