Pina colada

Nothing says ‘holiday’ quite like this tropical-flavoured classic

1 cup ice cubes
½ cup frozen pineapple chunks
60 ml pineapple juice
60 ml coconut cream
30 ml white rum
30 ml coconut rum
Pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry, to garnish

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour into a hurricane glass and garnish with fruit.
