Milk tart cocktail

Traditional milk tart gets a boozy spin with a splash of vodka

cup coconut milk
cup vodka
cup condensed milk, plus extra to dip
1 tsp cinnamon
Toasted desiccated coconut, to dip
Ice, to serve
Tennis biscuits, to serve

1. Place the coconut milk, vodka, condensed milk and cinnamon in a blender. Blend for 2–3 minutes until light and foamy.
2. Dip the rim of each glass in the extra condensed milk and then the toasted coconut.
3. Fill 2 tumblers with ice and pour the milk tart mixture over the top. Serve with Tennis biscuits.
