Salted-caramel, brownie and honeycomb freakshake

Makes 1

Ingredients
For the milkshake

375 ml vanilla ice cream
3 tbsp salted-caramel sauce
2 squares fudge, roughly chopped
Splash milk
Pinch salt

For the decoration
2 tbsp salted caramel
1 gooey chocolate brownie
2 pieces honeycomb

 Method
For the milkshake
1. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix with a hand mixer until well combined.

For the decoration
1. Drizzle the salted caramel into the inside of a large jar or glass.
2. Pour the milkshake into the jar or glass.
3. Decorate with the brownie and honeycomb pieces.
4. Insert a straw and serve immediately.

Strawberry, doughnut and chocolate-mousse freakshake

Makes 1

 Ingredients
For the milkshake
375 ml vanilla ice cream
10 strawberries, finely chopped
Splash milk, if necessary

For the decoration
2 tbsp milk chocolate, melted
1 doughnut
2 scoops chocolate mousse
1 strawberry, halved

Method

For the milkshake
1. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix with a hand mixer until well combined.

For the decoration
1. Coat the rim of a large jar or glass with melted chocolate.
2. Pour the milkshake into the jar or glass.
3. Place the doughnut on top of the milkshake, then top with the chocolate mousse and strawberry halves.
4. Insert a straw and serve immediately.

White-chocolate freakshake

Makes 1

Ingredients
For the milkshake
50g white chocolate, chopped
3 tbsp hot milk
375 ml vanilla ice cream
Dash vanilla essence
Pinch salt

For the decoration
25g white chocolate, melted
1 tbsp sprinkles
3 tbsp whipped cream
1 cupcake
Handful mini-marshmallows
1 P.S. caramilk chocolate bar, cubed

Method
For the milkshake
1. Mix the hot milk and white chocolate together, stirring until the chocolate melts.
2. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix with a hand mixer until well combined.

For the decoration
1. Coat the rim of a large glass or jar with the melted white chocolate, then dip the rim in the sprinkles.
2. Pour the milkshake into the glass or jar and spoon the cream over the surface of the milkshake.
3. Carefully place the cupcake on top of the cream. Top with the mini-marshmallows and chocolate cubes.
4. Insert a straw and serve immediately.
