GINGERBREAD WHITE RUSSIAN

Cosy up beside the fire with this boozy mix of coffee, cream and spice

Ingredients

2 shots espresso
4 shots vodka
2 shots Kahlúa 1⁄2 cup cream
1⁄2 tsp ground ginger Ice, to serve

Method

1. Prepare the espresso and allow it to cool slightly.
2. Mix the espresso, vodka and Kahlúa.
3. Whisk together the cream and ginger.
4. Pour the espresso mixture into glasses, add the ice and top with cream just before serving. 5. Serve with gingerbread biscuits (optional).
