CHOCOLATE MARTINI

Try this indulgent drink for an Easter treat with a kick

Serves 2

Ingredients
100g dark chocolate, finely chopped
1⁄2 cup cream
2 shots espresso
2 shots vodka
1 shot Kahlua

Method
1. Place the chocolate in a bowl. Heat the cream slightly. Pour it over the chocolate and stir until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.
2. Pour the melted chocolate, espresso, vodka and Kahlua into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
3. Shake until chilled, then pour into two glasses.
