Earl Grey and lavender

Serves 1

Ingredients
½ cup Earl Grey tea, chilled
½ cup lemonade
3 fresh lavender flowers
2 scoops vanilla ice cream

Method
1. Pour the Earl Grey and lemonade into a glass. Add the lavender.
2. Carefully add ice cream. Serve immediately.

Peaches and cream

Serves 1

Ingredients
½ cup peach iced tea
½ cup lemonade
2 scoops vanilla ice cream

Method
1. Pour the iced tea and lemonade into a glass.
2. Carefully add ice cream. Serve immediately.

Kombucha and lemon

Serves 1

Ingredients
1 cup guava-flavoured kombucha
2 scoops lemon sorbet
Fresh guava, to serve (optional)

Method
1. Pour the kombucha into a glass.
2. Carefully add the sorbet. Serve immediately.
